3 Months Limited Warranty

I.

Introduction This warranty applies to the appliance obtained from Ecotec Appliances and purchased by the person signing this document, the original purchase-holder. The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is given on the condition that the electronic device was purchased from an authorized dealer and used under normal conditions and in accordance with the given guidelines. We highly recommend customers to read carefully and keep this warranty for future reference.

Coverage Period The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase and extends for a continuous period of 3 months thereafter. If a claim is placed, the coverage continues on the replacement product for the remaining period of the initial warranty duration. Please note that the warranty period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the product. However, part(s) repaired or replacement product during the warranty period will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Coverage Details This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the appliance. Coverage includes the replacement of faulty components and necessary labor costs. Any repaired or replaced parts will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Please be informed that this limited warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or alterations of the product. The appliance will be inspected and diagnosed before approving warranty claims to determine the cause of the issue. NO VOLUNTARY RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.

Limitation of Liability Ecotech Appliances will not be liable for any damages and/or losses that occur as a result of the misuse of the product. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, inability to use or install the appliance, therefore if a warranty claim is submited, and it's due to wrong installation done by the custumer, accidents or damaged appliance due to not following manufacturer's specifications including, but not limited: ➢ Overloading washer and dryer ➢ Breaking glass cooktop ➢ Covering the ventilation in the refirgerator ➢ Appliance not working due to low or high voltage ➢ Water leaks due to customer installation or damage ➢ Mishandling and transporting appliances against manufacture spicification. ➢ Clogged pipes and plumbing problems.

Then, the customer will be charged a diagnostic fee of 100 dollars, and Ecotech Appliance will not cover any repair cost. The total cumulative liability to the customer, from all causes of action and all theories of liability, will be limited to and will not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the customer. Please be informed that Ecotech appliances will not accept any voluntary returns without no reason, proper claim process and prior diagnosis.

Claim Process To make a warranty claim, please visit our website at https://ecotechappliances2.wixsite.com/ecotechappliances Then, click on book service and click on Book warranty service call for appliances purchased at Ecotech Appliance. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty status and to process the claim. If the product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. Repaired or replaced products will be returned to you free of charge.

Owner’s Responsibilities As a product owner, you are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of your appliance. This includes adhering to the product guidelines. If your appliance requires service, it is your responsibility to inform Ecotech appliances imidiatly and give all the information required.

Transferability This warranty is not transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the product only. Any attempt to transfer this warranty will be void. We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this warranty to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.
